Then this 6-week beginner’s course is for you! Here we will learn the foundational principles, concepts, techniques, and movements that collectively are Grappling. In particular, the classes follow a structured week-by-week curriculum, and weekly notes are provided to consolidate your learning.
At the end of the course, you will be able to apply your skills to a broad range of grappling situations and continue building upon your newfound conceptual tools for learning Grappling journey.
